These pics are from 2004 at the Jr Nationals where I placed 2nd in the middleweight class- 4 weeks after winning the lightweight class and overall title at the NC States... From tomorrow (Thursday)...
8 more days until I leave for Pittsburgh...
9 more days until I weigh in at the Collegiates...
10 more days until prejudging and the night show for the Collegiates...
Travel back here on Sunday (11 days)...
Monday starts my burnout workouts (12 days)...
Tuesday I pack and get everything ready for Vegas trip (13 days)...
Wednesday morning I go train and head out to Vegas afterwards (14 days)...
15 days ...early weigh-ins in Vegas...
16 days ...if I don't make weight Thursday night I'll make weight this morning...
17 days ...THE BIG DAY!!!! Prejudging and night show for the USA's!!!!
18 days ...aaaaaannnnnndddddd I've gained 40lbs ...HAHAHAHA, hope not but ya never can tell with me :)
That's the countdown guys ...Well, that's how I have to look at it anyways! Seems like forever til showtime! Guessing your wondering bout the training... Straight sucks! I'm so weak and out of energy that I despise picking up the weights... I am really struggling with training right now but I'm keeping my head straight and making my way through it ...only 18 more days, then I don't ever have to do it again if I don't want to, haha, yeah right, I'll never stop training as long as I live ... but for now, that's how I have to approach it :) I lifted chest today and suprisingly I got the 50's up on incline for 10 ...really ya'll, I'm soo weak right now that it's pitiful- I can't wait to carb up, I know I will fill back out in a flash! It'll be like one of those little compressed, dry rags that you pour water on and they "grow before your eyes" haha, just dump a pile of sweet potatoes over my body and I should have the same effect :) As far as progress, I'm coming along- holding a little bit of water, but that always comes off the last week. I look pretty puney as of now but like I said, carbing up makes a world of a difference ...Everyone keeps asking me what the first thing I am going to eat is ...Well hell if I know! (sorry, thats the mean britt that comes out when im having no carbs, hehe :) I guess the first thing that I can get my hands on, MINUS chicken or sweet potatoes. Probably some kind of peanut-butter-something or some kind of candy ...yuuummm :) AmandaD asked me what my all time fav offseason meal is ...I think I'll have to go with the occasional cheese fries and ranch dressing from Outback- Latly I've been craving hamburgers and that stupid "Crunchy Wrap Supreme" from Taco Bell that they keep advertising on TV ...I swear it comes on at least 10 times for every 30 min I watch TV! The first drive-thru that I will have to go through will prob be Arby's ...Mmmm, I love me some roast beef sandwiches, not to mention their mozz sticks ...Now that's the good stuff! Ohhhhh, enough about food, my tummys starting to growl at me!
WebCam tomorrow I think ...930pm???? Don't quote me, I'll have to check, but I think that is right ...I WILL BE SHOWING MEASURMENTS tomorrow! There were like 30 comments on my blog asking about my measurments- I don't want to post them until I give the Web-Viewers the chance to see them live and exclusive before I post them on my blog for everyone ...sound good? So if you interested, I wouldn't miss tomorrows show ;)

Anyways, biceps are killing me! I did this new machine for bi's tonight ...You load free weights on it ...the are 3 bars (one for 1st set, 2nd set, and 3rd set) You change the weight to a different bar each set. Except to make it a lil more interesting, I actually do each set for 30 reps- I do all 3 bars (10 reps each) for 1 set. Then I will do the same but with more weight for my 2nd and 3rd set. Pretty good pump!! Then I did db's going up to 40's for 6 reps on each. Concentration db curls with 25lb db's. Then finished with some reverse cable curls at 80 lbs. On to tri's... always start with dips, I never add weight tho, I usually just do them to warm up my tris, but I think that I am gonna start adding weight bc I did 30 reps and could have kept going but got bored with myself, haha. Then did overhead ext's and side ext's. Finished with the rope on the cable at 60lbs until failure. Yep, they are hurting as I type :)
I am on the WebCam tomorrow at 4pm! Come join me and check out my physique at 3.5 weeks! It's going really well so far ...everyone is respectful and encouraging and you all give GrEaT compliments! I will have a tape measure at tomorrows show to let you all see my bicep measurments since many of you are curious ...I am actually wondering myself!! It's fun to talk with you all and hear your comments ...Ya'll are grrrreat, haha :) Really, make it a point to come check out the Cam tomorrow, you be glad you did!!
I made a big mistake of going to the "Cold Stone Creamery's" website and looking at their ice cream cakes .....ohhhhhhhhhhhhh mannnnnnnn, damn, only 3 more weeks, right? I can doooo it, :)

Went and practiced posing again Sat morning ...I love getting someone to look at me and tell me how things have changed from week to week. This week he says that I look about 2 weeks out ...this could be bad, I am 4 weeks out! Don't wanna be too hard and dry this year ...can you believe that the NPC says they are going to judge down on striation this year for women's bb??!! That's straight bullshit! All I can do is come in as tight and dry as I can and they can't overlook that, right?! Even if the girl beside me is bigger, I think if I am harder, then whats to overlook! Ahhhh, man, what is the sport of bb coming to? If I wanted to be in a bikini contest, then I'd go to a bar at school and enter one ...BUT obviously that's not what I wanna do! Guess we'll just see ... 3 weeks and 5 days, OMG!!
TRAINING... hmmm, It's coming along, slowly but surely! I find myself taking longer and longer to train these past few days- What's up with that? I don't know, guess I'm just getting worn down. Once I weigh in Thursday night before the show, I can carb back up and get filled back out! Last year, I ate so many damn sweet potatoes when I was carbing up that I honestly wanted to throw up everytime I put a bite in my mouth! I fixed 40-some sweet potatoes before I went to chicago for the Jr Nats last year- After the show, I had like 4 left and I chuncked them in the trash as soon as I walked off stage ...I also had a cheese burger from McDonald's in my mouth at that time, haha, seriously. Earlier that day, I went there and got 2 double cheeseburgers and stuck them in my bag so I could eat them as soon as I got off stage! Then I ate reeses peices while I watched the rest of the show. After the show, we went to downtown chicago and ate a deepdish pizza ...I ate 2 huge peices and they were sooooo good. I never eat this kinda shit but I was stuffing it in my mouth quicker than I could thing about it! I had about 4 photo shoots starting the next morning ...and I am sorry to say that I didnt make it to any of them!! haha, funny now, but I was sooo sick then! This year, I already know that I have photoshoots for the next few days after the show, so I'm going to stay calm until I get to the airport to go home ...then I am going straight to get me a HUGE cinnamon bun from cinnabons ...MMMMMM, yum, :) You guys don't wanna see that big cinnamon bun covering up my beauty abs do ya, haha, so I'll wait til after the pics are taken to eat all the bad stuff :) So, back to training...
I trained back today ...I did a light workout and did lots of burnout exercises- So I can help bring in more definition. Struggeled with my cardio today but everything 'll be better in the mornin', right? I have shoulders tomorrow ...Of course I have to go to the 4th of July parade in the morning at 10am and the gym isn't opening until 8am so I'm gonna have to go do my cardio, rush home and get ready, then go back and train after I spend some time with the fam. I better be getting to bed soon so I can get up in the morning and do some cardio, whooo hoo, fun stuff, haha ;)
Alright, well, I will hopfully get a srtong workout tomorrow so I can tell yas all about it. Today was nothing interesting, believe me, I barely kept my own attention in the gym today! Good night ya'll- Sweet Dreams and I'll talk to yas soon!!
