Hows it going ya'll?!?
Well, I am about to go train hammies but I wanted to stop and say a quick hello before I went. Trained quads yesterday so I've been experiencing the horrible cramps ALL damn day! Not to mention the whole way we were walking to school! Hmmm, today was interesting- actual first day of classes- not sure what to think except for I better get my ass in high gear and keep it there! I'm just realizing that it is probably a very bright idea that I am not competing again until I graduate (may 06)... Seems that I am going to need all my spare time, wait, what spare time??!! Anyways, I'm thinking the 06 Nats is a smart choice! I got out of my afternoon class, walked home, ate and went and washed my car. I'm sure it'll rain tonight, lol, but it needed it! Even took a pretty little pi-cha fo ya...
There it is, tha Celica, haha, nice glare huh?! THEN...
I went to McDonalds :):):) and had the BB's special, lol, 2 double cheeseburgers without the bread and the oh so wonderful grilled chic sand WITH the bread... Sorry guys, that bread is too good to throw to the birds :) Fat N Happy, growing, and of course LOVIN IT! haha. I couldn't help myself- my car was like pulling into the parking lot and I couldn't make it go straight, I SWEAR!!! It's growing food, right? Just ask AmandaD, she'll tell ya- Ain't that right girl? See, somebody's on my side. Then me and my roomie were taking the oh-so-stupid pics so heres one for yas... I look like a BIG pumpkin :) Let me just call myself out on this one, lol, I'm pretty good at that sometimes... Ok, no more burgers ...Maybe!
Ok, enough of that, gotta head to the gym so tomorrow will hurry up and come! Someone is coming to visit me this weekend and I'm so excited :)

What's happening...
WHAT IS UP? I've just been hanging out all day doing absolutly nothing :) I went out with some friends last night and had a little bitta southern fun, lol. I havn't partied in quite awhile so it was about time to let go for a night :) I'm not really a partier since BB and school are the biggest part of my life, but when it comes time to party, I don't hold back, haha. Everybodys gotta have some fun, right? I went out with my friend, Judy, that I was roomates with for my first three years of college. I havn't seen her all summer! It was great to see her and have some fun! She has also been my steady workout partner for about 2 years when I am at school. We met in the dorms our freshman year- actually got randomly placed together as romates... worked out well bc we are too much alike! I just knew that I was going to be put with some big fat girl that layed in her bed all day sucking on her inhaler, LOL, seriously, that'd be my luck! I got in the room before she did but when she walked in she was like "thank god your normal!" We've had so many fun and wild and crazy times, and more than a few "I can't believe we're still alive" times since we've been friends. Honestly, we've been through it ALL, some good, some bad, but ALL worth laughing over 'til this day! Anyways, I'll post a pic from last night when I get one... It always seems that people want to arm wrestle me when I go out-and they will keep on until I have to just go somewhere else so I usually just ignore them, haha, but last night was a wild one so of course I was arm wrestling the whole damn club, lol. Hack Squats-

Started with 45 and 25 on each side for 15 reps- About this time, someone told me the gym was closing early(in 10 min) to let the new freshman come in and workout by them selves ...I was pissed bc they have been closing early latly without letting anybody know in advance. I would just have went to Golds and trained... So, I just kept this weight on the bar and did my last 2 sets of stiff legs with it. Ten, I left and went to Gold's to finish hams...

Alright guys- I've gotta go outside and bring my "thawed-out" refridgerator inside. I keep a little one in my room... You know us lil BB piggys have to have food at first hand when we wake up in the middle of the night hungry, haha, seriously! The freezer was being taken over by the glacier thats been progressivly forming for awhile... Then Ima head out and do a little bit of cardio, but I wil talk soon!

Man ya'll, I am still weighing around 147-150 lbs ...What the heck?? I swear I have been eating like crazy, nonstop, I am always eating some kind of food!! Haha, I went out to eat yesterday and I had a steak and sweet potatoe and salad and I couldnt figure out what I wanted for dessert ...A brownie with walnuts, ice cream and choc syrup OR apple cobbler with cinnamon and ice cream... To resolve this problem, we got them BOTH!! :):):):) The brownie and ice cream was the best! I like the way that I am gaining my weight back ...Hopfully I will gain some good muscle within this next year- in the time that I am taking off before starting my diet for the 06' Nat's.
Alright guys, Ima fix me something to eat and take some books back to the student store to try and get some money BUT I will scan some pics from vegas and post them later today...I am training LEGS today also and I AM ON THE WEBCAM AT 10PM EST TONIGHT!!!! SEE YA OR TALK TO YA SOON!

Troubleshooting...
Hey guys... I am back at ECU and my internet finally works! The bcable guy was over here for four hours today trying to get this wireless crap configured to my computer. I was supposed to be on Webcam today at 4pm but due to it taking longer than expected to get my internet working, I wasn't able to make it :( I tried to contact my webmaster to inform you all on Herbiceps.com that I had to cancel but I couldn't get in touch with him, and obvoiusly I couldn't use the internet! I apoligize but I will be on tomorrow for sure. I'll let ya know the time shortly... Right now, I am trying to reinsall my scanner to my computer so I can get some candid pics up from Vegas. Bare with me and I'll see what I can do! ALSO... I have recieved a billion emails asking me to repost the comment boxes on my blog ...I honestly want you all to be able to comment on what I write in my blog and the pictures that I post too, but you have to remember that this is MY blog and it's kind of like letting someone talk shit right to my face when I allow these dumbasses to come into MY blog and degrade ME. Ya know, if you don't like female BB, then why are you looking at my site and my pics and reading what I have to say?? You must have some interest in it all- I will put the comment boxes back up for right now, but whe that first offensive comment is posted, I'll just take em down and leave em down- I'm not the type of person that puts up with someones bullshit :) I love my fans and I love the wonderful comments that you write to and about me!! They are very inspiring and encouraging- and even though I don't take into consideration what negative things the others post, I don't want those ruthless and childish comments on MY blog. OK... so anyways, I trained chest and tris today and I have to say it was a pretty powerful workout! I'll tell yas all about it after I make me a protein shake and get this scanner working ...I just got home from the gym but I wanted to write yas real quick and let ya know what happened with the webcam today since my binternet is FINALLY working!! It's Britt ...
Hey guys...
My belly is aching from all the food I have been putting down so it's really uncomfortable trying to go to sleep- So I thougt I would write a lil in my journal...
The past few days that I have been training have been out of control, I have been stronger than ever before! This is the best time to make major gains, you know, right when you are coming off your contest diet! I've been trying to eat like crazy so I can put some quick size back on while I have an advantage! I have trained chest, legs, and back since I have been back from Vegas. Chest day was awesome! I got the 55's back up on incline ...cant wait to get back up to the 65's!! ...soon! Ended with 160 on smith machine incline. Legs were great but I didn't want to push it too hard and end up tearing something- since my muscles havn't really been streched out yet. But I did manage to end with 275 for 8 reps on squats. Finished kind of light with 360 on leg press for 10 reps. Did extensions up to 200lbs for 6 reps and lunges with a 60lb bar on my shoulders for 3 walking sets of 20. Legs are still sore! That was a pretty decent workout considering it was my first time back in the gym in 2 weeks and to not have been doing squats for the last 6 weeks!! I did back today and went up to 90 lbs on single arm side rows(10 reps each), 160 on pull downs(8 reps), 125 on reverse pull downs(10 reps), 150 on seated machine rows(10 reps), and 155 on bent over barbell rows(10 reps). Also did calves ending on 160lbs... This is my goal for this year, making my calves bigger! I am going to work them every chance I get!!!! I want them so much bigger!! I think that is really the only thing I am lacking ...Calves! I did the webcam tonight for the first time since i have been back- went pretty good, better than I expected. I thought it wouldnt be as fun since I wasnt all ripped up like I was before ...but it was still fun and I am kind of excited about doing the webcam in the offseason bc I will be growing and putting on size! Are ya ready for that?? haha :)
Well, sorry to say, I have to head back to school this week :( School staerts in about 2 weeks! I have to get back and get all my shots updated and all theat ind of stuff. I will finally get to be all teh way moved into my apartment ...IO ave been halfway moved in this whole summer! I love my new room there! It's so much bigger and nicer than my old apartment! And it has a bigger closet too :) yay! One more year of school and I will be nurse britt! Alright ya'll I think I'm starting to get sleepy and my tummy is feeling a lil better now :) I"ll talk to yas soon and I am going to post a few pics for ya... It's crazy to see what I looked like right when I first starting dieting for the USA's and then to look at what I looked like AT the USA's ...It's a huge difference!!

2005 USA's ...1st Place- Middleweight!!!!
I'm finally home from Vegas guys and I brought home a FIRST PLACE trophy ...hell yeah :) I'm so happy to say that my hard work is still paying off! There were 9 women in my class(middleweight) and I made weight by 1 pound ...124 (compared to last year at 121). I checked out the score card for my class and I had 8 first places and 1 second place. 2 highs and 2 lows are scratched so I had a total of 5. The girl that placed second had a total of 10. I am not sure about the scores for te overall round but all I do know is that they kept us up there FOREVER so it was definatly a hard decision for them to make! Amanda Dunbar won the overall title as well as her PRO CARD!! She looked great and adds to the new dominating feminine look in our sport of female bodybuilding! We both ate our double cheeseburgers from mickey-D's after the show ...should've met up and lusted over the food together, haha. Anyways, its all said and done guys! I met my goals for this year and am very pleased with myself ...I came in right on the money and everything went just as planned ...cant ask for anything more than that! I have eaten everything in sight since I started carbing up the thursday before the show! I am soooo sick of food that it is pitiful but for some odd reason I am sitting here eating animal coookies while I am typing to you!! We ate at every type of resturant imaginable while we were in vegas! We being me, mom, bro, sisnlaw and one of my friends adam- he had competd also so we were having fun stuffing our faces together :) Haha, thanks for the funny times in vegas adam and for sticking by my side those last weeks before the show- it make time go by so much faster! your my heeeero, haha:) We took 8 rolls of film while we were there so I will have plenty to show you considering I have a new printer with a working scanner, haha :) I just weighed and I already weigh 147.5 ...yes, I said 147.5, when you are down sooo low (124) and not drinking anything but yet still eating everything in sight to try and fill out ...the weight comes on pretty easily as soon as you start putting fluids back in! It's all good though- I'll startb cleaning up the diet a fairly decent amount tomorrow. I have had a whole week of eating anything and everything that I wanted so i think its time to cut back to the growing foods so I can work on putting a little more size for 2006 ...Which I have decided to next compete at the 2006 Nationals(november 2006). This gives me a full year to train hard and put on size while I finish my last year of nursing school. I'll have to start dieting in about 1 year from now :)
Alright ya'll, I'm pretty worn out from traveling all day but now that I am done dieting I promise I will be on here on a regular basis- keping you updated on my every move :) As soon as I get my hands on some pics, I'll post em for all of ya! Alright ya'll, I'm pretty worn out from traveling all day but now that I am done dieting I promise I will be on here on a regular basis- keping you updated on my every move :) As soon as I get my hands on some pics, I'll post em for all of ya! I WANT MY BROTHER AND MY SISTER N LAW AND MY MOM TO KNOW THAT I LOVE THEM WITH ALL MY HEART AND I COULDNT HAVE DONE ANY OF THIS WITHOUT THEM!! THEY HAVE BEEN BY MY SIDE LISTENING TO ME WHINE AND BITCH THIS ENTIRE TIME, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS! THEY ARE AMAZING AND I WOULD DO ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD FOR THEM! MY BROTHER IS THE BEST EVER- HE ALWAYS HELPS ME AND LISTENS TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY NO MATTER WHAT IT IS OR WHAT IT IS ABOUT. HE IS THE ONE THAT INTERDUCED ME TO THIS SPORT AND PUT THE LOVE FOR BODYBUILDING IN MY HEART- HE HAS HELPED ME PERSUE A CAREER IN BB AND HAS HELPED MAKE MY PERSONAL DREAMS COME TRUE, I LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART AND I LOVE MAKING HIM PROUD! FIRST, I OWE IT ALL TO GOD :) AND THEN I OWE IT ALL TO MY BRO BC THEY HAVE BOTH BEEN MY GUIDE THROUGH IT ALL, JUST IN DIFFERENT WAYS :)
